i ride a 250r and banshee and i still love riding the smaller 70's and 90's. reasons...

1. its easier to make a small track and jumps
2. you could push each other off and crash into each other while racing and cause minimal bodily harm
3. you could ride fooooreveeer with one tank of gas
4. if it breaks down, its easier to get back to camp

maybe im crazy, i just had an arguement with one of my non offroad friends (thinks that since they went riding once, they are a pro at every bike) that thinks bigger is always better. dont get me wrong, i love speed, its just its also fun crashing without breaking anything (while knocking other people off their bikes)

i would go with the 50s, im not shure which is faster but they both can be modded (engine & suspention) the 110 is pretty good but its easier to carry around the 50

My kids have a TTR 90 dirt bike and I have a YZ 426. I've ridden the 90, and I must confess that I like the YZ a lot more. Maybe it's just me, but speed still does it for me.

I agree with you, plus at 6'4" I dont fit on those small ones anymore! knees in my chest doesn't do it for me!
