help with GNCC or hare scrambles?

ok im wanting to race some hair scrambles or GNCC or something im 13 and am gonna get a lt250r probably the one im looking at has these mods
rebuilt in june, Wiseco Pitson Kit STD bored, Pro Design cool head, Hot Rod Crankshaft, EBC heavey duty clutch kit
Laegers swingarm, FMF )Fatty, Gold Series) Full Exhaust, +4 aftermarket axle, works front shocks, PRM Full Skidplate, New Chain and Sprockets ,Steering Stabilizer, and a Tether kill switch
any other mods i should get?
im wondering what classes i can run in and if this machine would be competitive ive been ridin quads and bikes since i was like 6 and mainly ride trails and fields ive been to the local track and me and my buddy built one in his field any help would be appreciated

Altho I'm not 100% sure on GNCC rules, I'm pretty sure you cannot race a LT250R at your age.(and rightfully so IMO)
Maybe check into some outlaw series.
