Default It's down to these 2...

The Rancher 429 FI is a very good machine, You won't have any problems with it at all. I don't know much about the 350 grizzly, but I just bought a 2009 550 eps grizzly. I haven't had it long enough to say anything about reliabillity , but it sure is fun to drive.

Default It's down to these 2...

ive rode a grizzly 350 and a 420 rancher, the rancher 420 is more powerful then the grizzly 350.

The honda is manual, and thegrizzly is belt , so the honda is going to feel more responsive. Now for reliability you can't beat the honda . Its a lot smother machine. I have a 07 rancher and a 09 grizzly. The honda is a smoother bike. Their both FI but the honda starts beter. And its beter on trails. You won't have any regrets with a honda
