Hope you didnt take it the wrong way....im sure your more knowledgeable then me as far as the ds goes.

And don't forget to GREASE the rack actuator shaft splines, not just oil. I just oiled mine when I went to heavier springs and broke a tooth off mine. Thats the short shaft that pulls the pressure plate away from the disks.

Right on Dcryder! Use a moly grease so it sticks to those actuator teeth, I already had to replace mine twice![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

Well i just ordered the Springs from RWR....Should solve the problem as long as my clutch isnt smoked [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] If it is whats everyone recommennd for clutches?

Most say the stockers are the best. The fibers only should be around $70. Steels are about the same.

I weigh 265 and got mod end cap and cdi, I put the 15t sprocket in and wasent sure If I liked it at first, mine was slipping bad on take offs , spinning the tires crazy. put the springs in and WOW she grabed like crazy. well worth the 30 bucks for the springs. the lever does get a little stiffer but you get usedto it.

mine started to slip a few weeks ago, i called rwr and they told me they've pretty much stopped sellin the 40% springs, i got the 60% the clutch pull i didn't think was that bad, i think on dunes is cheaper by like a buck if i remember right
