SLC650- I'm sorry, it's been so long since I messed with a stock carb, I really can't offer much-

Where's Demom DS when you need him?? he's messed around with the stock carb about as much as anyone I know.

Crackerjack:

Did you end up getting a new stock piston? I've still got one with your name on it if you want it. Sent off the crank it came with today to get the off-set pin put on and mounted up. Sent it to Falicon so, hope they do a good job. Keep your fingers crossed for the end to hurricane season so there aren't any delays!
Also, did you order those special pistons?

Majorecho:

How goes your build? Hopefully quicker than mine.

I have had the lectron for so long that I can't remember what i was running in the stock carb either. i was also running the dynojet kit so the jets were different. I want to say that i was running a 180 or 185 (dynojet jet) but I am not sure.

I ended up going with the 10-1 rwr nitrous piston. It helped alot on the low end.

I just switched over from the stock carb and at 5500 ft I ran the stock 165 mikuni with the needle in the richest position with the same setup substituting an fmf for the white brother. I think Little sahara is near the same elevation 5300-5900ft.
