Well boys, I wanted to finish this post, for if there is anybody in my position in the future. I lived with my pain from the last injury for almost 10 months, then this morning I went and had the discectomy done. While I am still pretty druged, my back still hurts bad. I will post how it feels in the days to come. It was a relatively easy sugery. I went in at 6:45 this morning, by 7:30 I was out cold and by 9:00 I was waking back up. It was a outpatient deal, so I left at 4:00 for home. Thanks for all the advice I was given, and I hope this works out well, I'll let you know. Jed
