Weight Loss
Just broke the 280 an below barrier boys. Down from 328 and weighed in at 279 yesterday.
Started exactly 12 weeks and 3 days ago. Total of 49lbs.
HOORAY for me!!!! That HPR DS 730 is getting faster everyweek, and I'm saving money!!!!!!
SWEET... For those that have asked for the websites for food point and info... I'll get it to you soon. Just been busy.
So let's see. Shaq is 7'0" tall and is listed at 345, but he is in all actuallity approximately 360 (according to his Chef). I'm two inches shorter and roughly the same build and go 279.... guess I'm not in too bad of condition.

Good job Mike...
I was 232 lb 2 months ago. Ive been on a small diet and im down to 215... One night of spagetti ruined me and 1 night of chapalas mexican restruant, oh and 4th of july 1 bottle of crown. If I could have avoided those nights id be 10 lb lighter. Ok, I guess the ocasional burger hasnt helped much... Hey Mike, Last night I got a chicken breast sandwich instead of a burger.lol

Non quad related so I'll post....
2Big, I'm now down to 254 as of last night. I seem to flucuate between 260 and 255. I'd like to hit the 245 mark and move between that and 255. Guess we'll see what happens.
I've realized that my weight loss has really slowed and bounces alot at this weight. Simply means that I'm close to where I'm supposed to be. Still work though and it's definitely a life change. Hard work but sure is worth it. Although most that haven't seen me think that I'm sick or something.... I'll take that instead of breathing heavy on the court. Obviously the bike keeps getting faster and faster. Less muscle now than when I played ball, but approaching my playing weight in college.
