Weight Loss
I dont know what weight I started at. I am 5'8" and was in a size 18. Now I am almost out of the 16. I dont weigh myself bc for one I dont have a scale, and two, I think that if I see my weight and then see it again, I dont want to get unmotivated by seeing how long it takes for just a few pounds to come off. I eat whatever I cook my family for dinner, but I eat the 6 smaller meals all day that way when it comes to dinner, I dont just sit down and pig out bc I had been eating all day. I havent been able to go for long on the treadmill bc of shin splints, but icing down the ankle and taking Ibuprofen before I go, that really helps and I have been able to go 2 miles now. But I dont ever sweat or get out of breath, I would love to just pick up the pace and run, get the heart rate going, man that feels good, but I just have to take it easy until I get the muscles built back up on the shins. But I think most of my weight coming off is due to kicking the Coca-Cola habit. And man, I can really see the difference. In my skin, my moodiness...I drank one the other day after not having one for 2 months, and EWWWW!!! How did I ever drink that crap??????? And the jump rope! WOW! What a rush!!
