Dreaded dead battery syndrome!?
lol agreed cynick is the battery is fine and the rectifier seems fine then it has to be either the stator, starter relay, or some other electrical problem such as the controls... have you tried having some1 pull your quad and pop start it just for the heck of it.

Got tons of sand!!!
Ya, I have pulled started it 2x, since this started and has left me stranded. Tring to pull start in the sand is no fun. Had to get towed to the nearest hard surface. But, it is straight on the trailor. The lights are to dim to see, and the fan is barely running due to the dead battery, and is then over heating, goodthing I got the ESR temp gauge!

Lucked out! Retifier/regulator #2 was bad out of the box! So, when I brought it in we took one off a bike that was known good, and pluged it in and there ya go! Battery is getting juice, voltage goes up, and we are getting charged! So, for the moment life is good again!
Thanks,
Chris
