most likely some water got into the oil reservoir too, drain all the oil, all 4 quarts worth.
there are many many nooks and crannys that the milky water will still be in after draining, especially up in the head. like Doc says, fill the whole system with cheap oil and run the motor around the yard for a ten minute ride and then redrain all 4 quarts out again and also replace the filter, be sure to replace the filter too, and put your good bike oil in then.
if you think any got in the gas tank, drain it out good too.
I went thru ice on a frozen creek one winter, 20 degrees out, sunk straight down to the bottom in 4 feet of water, over the bars. tookforever getting it up over that ice ledge I broke off!

I have to admit it was a silly move, but it is a creek I am familiar with and ride thru all the time when its thawed, it is usually only 12-18 inches deep and go thru it no problem due to rocky bottom and no worries of getting stuck, but this particular winter had a high amount of rainfall prior to the snow and I guess it washed out to an unexpected 4 feet deep. Lucky for me, it wasn't any deeper, 4 feet of water is up to my belly button and them were some cold nads man let me tell ya...
top it off, it was at the bottom of a reveen and no 4x4's in the group that day to tow me up and out so I had to go back with my jeep and link about a dozen tie down straps together for lack of any rope to reach the bottom of the hill and pull her up, all naked with a blanky over my lap cause I had to get out of those wet clothes!
Yes v2, great pics!
