Good Evening All

Finally made it home tonight. Spent a week in Calgary waiting for a ride, driving was an issue.

That was the shortest time i spent on the dunes after driving 18 hours. We were only ridding about 5 minutes when i crested a small hill and was heading for a foot deep witches eye. I tried to pull the front end but it was too late. The bike hit the hole and stopped. I flew off and landed on my back in front of the bike. I came to a stop with my right arm threw my front a-arms, as i hit the ground i guess thats when my right arm broke - both bones. Also hit my right leg - no sure what happened - no injurys just a good limp right now.
My ridding buddies picked me up and put me in a rino (Thank you Rino driver don't think i ever got your name) and took me back to camp were the ambulance was waiting. Went to the hospital in Rexburge for exrays and drugs. After confirming i had insurance they schedualed me for surgery the next morning. They installed 4 plates and 13 screws to put my arm back together. The staff at the hospital was top notch. I got out on Sunday afternoon and my buddies pick me up and we started heading home.

Back too work tommorow - not sure how much i can do - i am right handed and my right arm will be in a cast/splint for at least another month.

Sorry i did not get to meet any of you except Silverbomb. Hopefully we will be able to meet and ride soon.

All that i can say is Thank God i am stilll here to type this email, i could have easily have broken my back or worse

We wish you a speedy and complete recovery, what a way to spend a weekend! We saw the ambulance come into the camp but didn't get details until later. Hang in there buddy.
