lectron help

sorry pipelayer just to make sure you say i'm lean on the needle and i should lean it out even more? i'll try it but that worries me, and if i block off the power jet wont i be too lean at WOT and blow the old girl up? by the way its a 1-4 needle, maybe there is a better needle i should have. Thats the one eric suggested but maybe he didnt realize its such a mild motor

Try moving the needle first and get the midrange figured out. Then worry about the top end. I have a 730and a 46HV and was getting to much fuel with the smallest power jet installed - hence why i blocked it off.
The needle adjustment is very easy and can even be done on the trail - I have done it a fair bit.
Any chance you can get the bike on a dyno ?? This where you will really be able to find out whats going on !!!

i've adjusted the needle lots of times i just cant seem to get it right. no theres no dyno around here but i'd like to maybe get my hands on a wideband o2 sensor to really get this thing figured out. anyone know what they usually go for?

I still say adjust the needle. If you are bogging in the midrange I would say you are overfueling. Keep leaning it out.
Give Eric a call, he is always happy to help with tuning problems when i phone him.
