IM looking for a topend rebuild kit but I cant seem to find any. There was a kit on ebay for $25 for the Horizontal style 2-Stroke engines, but I dont know what bore it is.Im looking for Piston, Rings, Wrist PIn, Gaskets, etc. and also a cylinder. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I ve been in a bunch of forums and people say you get more power by cutting a wire to the cdi.. Which wire?? THanks.

 

did you find your parts,i think this an old post , any way the ds 90 was orginaly a blazer 90 made in taiwan.there are places in the states that supply parts for them,google search 2000 blazer 90 atv parts. look for a site a ans j parts.

 

oh yeah they make a 100cc big bore kit comes with almost every thing you need,jug,piston,rings,gaskets, you can order the bearings and clips seperate
