Over heating 500 Regenade??

Question Over heating 500 Regenade??
We were riding last weekend in very cold temp's and lot of snow.The atv overheated and now it still overheats and the radiator stays cold.No water in oil but seem to be leafing from head pan gasket..Would appreciate any help..Thanks
