Ok, I looked on the Alba website, and they now sell Barnett stiffer clutch springs for the DS650. they are only $15.99, has anyone tried these? What does everyone think?

Everything I have priced from Alba has been cheaper when bought direct from the manufacturer, or other distributor - call barnett direct and see what their price is before buying.
No, I don't know how they work, but better than stock no doubt. Barnett has been making clutch disks, springs, and kits for years, always had a decent name I believe.
Are you having some slip? Hammering it hard in the drag?

Ron Wood springs are $24.
I'm replacing my clutch next week, was thinking about Barnett, but this whole filing thing makes me not want them...are you sure about that AZ? I'm not gonna pay for something that doesn't fit - that's a crock of crap.

Just thought I might clear this up, before Barnett came out with the set for the DS, there was a set for another bike that worked on the DS with a little bit of filing, the new set fits perfectly.
