Me and a few of my friends will be at Sand Mt. NV on Labor Day Weekend. Nothing official or anything just a few ATV enthusiasts getting together to go on some rides and maybe shoot the hill. There will be no sign-ups or official events just a few of us getting together. Anyone who wishes to join us is welcome to come.

Sand Mt. Pro's:
One Steep Mt. Great for climbing, ridge riding, racing, etc.
Camping is close to the riding area and the competition hill (you can see it from your trailer)
Great party atmosphere (since everyone is camping so close together.)
Good trail riding in back
Great for group rides - if you get separated, you can usually catch-up to the rest of the group
***** house is only 15 minutes away (oops, did I say that out-loud?)
Cons:
(Same thing pretty much)
Only one big Mt.
Camping can be a bit loud at times
Not a tremendous amount of riding area (nothing like Glamis.)
Sand Mt. is tough to beat for finding out who's quad is fastest (not who can get through the whoops.)
As for organizing an event last year, an official event kinda fell apart but, there were a bunch of FRIENDS that met up, camped and went out on some great group rides. This year will probably be the same. Sand Mt., NV is just the place to be for that weekend.
