If you didn't ask for one I doubt that it includes it. You now have saved enough money for one dyno run and I doubt that you would get it dialed in as good as the Mr HP Lectron on the first run, probably not with the first set of runs. If you can tune it by the seat of your pants you might come out ahead but that depends on what your time is worth.
