Stage 1 and I cant get it up past 3rd... unless its a hill you top.. on a flat run. you would have to REALLY yank the fron or weigh ton to squish the back end into submission.. then the front would just tip up [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

yep stock swing arm .. no one else can cluch up the ds in 5th ???
well i really don,t have a problem pulling it up in 3rd im 6,5 230 and i just punch out the gas and give a littel tug and up she goes .
does any one else ride streetbikes .sport street bikes .?
thats where i learned my clutching style from ?

It's raining today and I have to work in 30 minutes, so tomorrow if it's nice, I'll try it on pavement to check if it's a traction issues, cuz it sure as hell won't spin on pavement. But I can tell that there's no way it would lift on 3rd with just power...Maybe on 2nd on pavement...
I don't know, anyway, I'll try it out again. Although it's hard to find pavement where there are no houses near (yes, my pipe is very loud) that won't get any complaints.
I really think my carb is tuned way off or something...I'll keep you posted.

mudstud, i'd hafta to dissagree with you, i'm running 22" tires wit 16/40 gearing and i can pull it up in any gear from 1st to 3rd, even with a 17/40 and 22" i could still pull it up in 1st and 2nd
