Another thing worth taking a look at is the tail light connector. Originally I had a small wiring issue, my headlights didn't work I called Tim at Vbike and he had me pull that tailight connectior apart to check for bent pins. Sure enough I pulled that apart and there were a couple that were bent.
Tim told me the majority of the light issues on th V4S originate in that rear connector.

i think the 3" ones will bring the front into line with the back...this is a problem for loading for me as when the bike is the standard spacing...(i use ramps into the back of my S10,there is 2" to spare on the loading length and then there is about 10" to play about with in the width on the bed)...the front wheels are about 1.5" wider apart than the back so when loading i have to have the front wheels right on the outside edge of the ramp so the back wheels catch the inside of the ramp and these ramps are 12" wide. but then the 5" set will make for safer handling but i jump about and give mine a hard time so i'm not sure about to much length on a spacer as i dont wanna see if they shear off as i land a 25mph jump

yea i'll probly go with the 3in. spacers instead. if i get the 5in. i dont want to ramp and it messing up when i land.
i had a problem with my right front wheel coouple days ago, theres screws on the disc rotor and one of them came loose so it got stuck on some think ( i think it hit the brake caliper?) and locked up on me when i was drivin like 4mph lol but nothin really happened because i was in gravel.

just look over the bike each time b4 you ride and dont forget to check the rear and front end after a few jump each time....i do and it doesnt hurt to....well i would rather do that instead of hurting my nutts as i crash to the ground after a breakage

I think those spacers that you gave a link to would be fine if you don't plan on jumping like split. For jumping and real hard riding I would go with the solid spacers.
If I were to personally put spacers on the rear of mine I think I would go with the 3". I know that the wider front end is for cornering stability but I'm not sure how it would handle if the rear was wider than the front.
