Default Tao tao 110 atv no sparky sparky

Everything electric is brand new. Stator. Starter. Cdi. Rectifier. Battery. Coil.
No spark at all. Cranks fine and strong. Remove kill wire from cdi harness and still nothing. I get signal from red/black wire on harness side but nothing to yellow and black (cdi-coil)

I have bought several, ( more than 4 or 5), new CDIs and they were bad out of the box. This is a problem that you can read about by clicking my name. Lynn Edwards helped me a lot with the problem, but not all CDIs that are new are good.

Start measuring with a multimeter to find the fault, crank it while measuring the wires from the stator, if there's sufficient output the stator is good.
Crank it while measuring the voltage from the CDI to the coil, if sufficient output the CDI is good.
Crank it while measuring the coil etc.

You'll quickly find the problem and see if it's a bad part or just faulty installment.

Finally got it dkwn to the magnet in the stator not close enough to flywheel. Spark signal still seems weak may have to make mounting holes in magnet bracket larger to get magnet closer to flywheel

Around 12-15volts on wires to charging/for AC cdi.
Around 100volts for the wire that is going to the CDI and then coil.
