Default 2000 monsoon (yerf dog) 90cc not starting (no spark)

I just bought a 2000 monsoon (yerf dog) 90cc quad. It has no spark and there are some wires cut. Specifically a green and white wire and a black wire. I noticed the green and white is tied into the kill switch and the battery cable. The black is just a ground I'm assuming. They are cut on the left side by the kill switch control but I can't find the other ends of them... I was wondering if anybody could help?

I also noticed a connector on the brake lever. There is no wire attached to it. Just a connector going into the brake. Is that a safety switch? We're they trying to bypass it and messed it up? I just can't figure it out...

Do not assume black is earth. Honda uses green as earth, and many Chinese makers have copied this. try to get a wiring diagram off the net for your model, and trace what you can from that. Many bikes have a lockout, so the starter will not work unless the brake is on, looks like someone has by-passed it.

I found a wiring diagram but it doesn't have green and white on it... As for the no spark issue: they don't really make parts for this anymore. I'm gonna get a cdi from a 2 stroke 50cc moped, and some generic 90cc magneto and coil.
