Default 27" outlaws on prairie?

Still trying to find a concrete answer or folks that may have tried it.... can you fit 27" outlaws on a praire650 with c-series wheels or highlifter lite's? I'm interested to hear if they can clear everything etc, some have mentioned possibly being close to the gas tank. Is 26" maybe a better size? Thanks

well i've been told the 27's will fit with the additional offset of the c-series....Can anyone that's actually tried it confirm whether or not they will fit? Those that run outlaws on praries, did you go 26 or 27? i'm going to keep my atrs on the stock rims...

I spoke with the ppl at highlifter and they said that 27's need the offset wheels and 1" spacers, 26's will clear with just the offset wheels. I'm thinking 27's on highlifter lite wheels with the 1" spacers will probably be the way to go...C-series are ok but everyone has them and they sound like a royal pain to clean. I also like the though of a slightly stronger steel wheel for nailing stumps etc.

The 27" Outlaws on Highlifter Lite Wheels are installed I'm very happy to report!! The rears needed 1" spacers even with the offset of aftermarket wheels due to the Outlaw's huge side lugs. Even with the spacers I am still within 50".

I'm also pleased to report that the ride on hardpack(grass at least I've tried so far) is NOT nearly as harsh as its been described in the forums. Above 5mph is fairly smooth, not as smooth as the atr's or stock, but acceptable for sure considering the mud performance. Tomorrow we'll test the mud performance =]
