Let me go ahead and address some issues. Let this young man teach you some business 101. Trying to charge for land you don't own is wrong. Lying to people about what you do own PISSES PEOPLE OFF. There is nothing wrong about wanting to ride on dunes DANNY DOESN'T CONTROL. Him trying to force people to pay him by using the law is not good business. YOU DON'T LIE AND TICK OFF POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!!!! We are very very concerned with EVERYONE being able to ride at the sand dunes. THIS IS NOT A SOAP OPERA. THIS IS REAL LIFE. Why would anyone in their right mind call the sheriff 20+ times in one day because people want to ride outside of KSI land? Because he WAS trying to force people into his regime. Charging to ride on your land is just business. Trying to FORCE people to pay to ride on land you don't own is business suicide! The whole attitude around your crew makes for a poor business model. Case in point. Danny's bad choices reflect the situation ya'll are in now. There is no where to park for now. And you know, money doesn't buy happiness, BUT IT SURE DOES BUILD A NICE PAD!!! It is in the works to create parking FOR ALL TO RIDE FOR FREE. We have spent money on behalf of the public working to secure a place for all to park. YOU may not see that now, BUT RESULTS WILL COME. Please name one thing I have lied about. I don't have enough time to type all the things Danny's lied about. True duners and SUCCESSFUL business people would agree with me on this. Danny just lied to the wrong people. People who don't know better believe his propaganda. But those of us who saw through his lies and deceit are now working to secure the dunes for all to ride for years to come!!!

 

One thing that makes me mad at you personally.. Is you have a 100k+ rigs 50k+ rail. But you are pissin and moaning about 7 buxs.. Which would cost you only 14 bux per day to ride and go about your business ride on the actual sand without risking trouble. If it pisses you off that bad offer to buy the dunes from danny if your a really true best interest is in the dunes and preserving it for others for years to come. His land and since it is his land hell do what he wishs with it. If i like you like it or not. Id rather pay my 7 bux and ride on the sand anywhere out there without the hassle of somone trying to ticket you or what not. If your in it for the dunes and other show it. Try to work with danny between the lands and get somthing worked out. So we ALL can ride together and forget about this mess we got here.

Kevin...you just don't get it.
It is not about the $7.

It is about an area that has for many many years (although private property) been open range.
It is about the folks who go out there taking personal responsibility.
It is about the generosity of Kermit/Winkler providing trash pick-up. About the landowners
sharing the property with everyone.
Any one at any time could have been greedy...

KSI got greedy. KSI decided they wanted tell everyone how and where they should enjoy their
activities. KSI acquired the property under false pretense. As well as the points CD has made.
It is about his bigger than gawd, own it all, rule over it all, act on other land owners behalf, SAVIOR of
the area, like it or it will be closed attitude!

lol perfect =p... One thing is.. he brought he own it now. Did you buy it.. no. So you cant really bitch about it unless you brought it or helped buy it. Also EVERYTHING in life changes so live with them and adapt. If that means riding somwhere else.. sorry. Will miss the chance of riding together one of these days. Maybe all this will get worked out one of these days.

 

If he is all about wanting the best for sandhills...
if he is about wanting to preserve the riding area...
it will go on the market for the AMOUNT of the LOAN ONLY.

He, Tasha and their riding buddies can go back to riding, drinking and having fun
