I would love to live in some of the places you guys come from.

I've noticed a lot of you live out west in Oregon, No Cal, Idaho or AZ and NM.
What do you guys do for a living out there to afford all your quads
and mods and still have time to ride all the time?

I live down in south east texas and work a regular forty hour work week. When I bought my Honda Rubicon, I found out that the more I rode it I have less time to do things that were a money drain on me. It is so much cheaper to go riding(-cost of gas) than other hobbies that are expensive.

 

I live in So Cal, and am a Network Administrator

 

Full time career #1 - General Contractor.
Full time career #2 - Technical advisor on a weekly TV series.

Love what I do for a living but this year it's really cutting into my riding time.

I am a computer draftsman in Little Rock, Ar. Lots of stress in my job. Getting on my Foreman is quite a relief from all the deadlines at work. I ride around Bismark, Ar. on 20,000 acres of land open to the public. I also use my Foreman for hunting. It's really a work horse.

Lumber broker. You gotta hustle butt to make a living in Montana (from the Spanish word meaning "no money") now that the *^*&%$*^ lefties have shut down all resource based business.

 

I make $40,000 a year. All the people I ride with make alot more than me. They have alot more stuff than I do. I live like I'm poor, because I am(relatively), that way I can afford to do what I want. In other words, skimp on the unimportant things, and spend on the things you love.

 

I sell the ads that you guys drool over in Cycle Trader. I have the best job in the world. I'm hiring. Who would like to know when the new TRX450Fi is coming out? Who said that?????? Was that me??? I absolutely deny any knowledge of this mythical steed. Go pick up your local copy for more details on Sept. 12. But hey, you didn't hear it from me.

 

Foremance, I live near Fort Smith, AR. My sister lives in Little Rock, I might have to come down that way sometime and ride before hitting the town at night.

I am 20 and make enough money to have fun playing on my bike and having a nice truck. Will be going to collage soon, so it's good that I work second shift.

 

40 Hours a week and the only thing i have to show for it are my playtoys. At least i am investing in something and not out blowing it on booze and women.
