Worst I’ve gotten was bruises. The most bruises at one time was going up a small hill maybe 10ft, it was real loose dirt, my wheels spun all the way up till I hit a root that caught on the tread. The quad spun around and up side down causing me to do a similar motion in the opposite direction.
Worst I’ve seen was my friend on his ATC 250R. He was running flat out across a field, chain came off and wrapped around his axle, he went head first into the ground. Broke his collar bone in 3 places and was knocked unconscious for several minutes. It scared the chit out of us, we thought he broke his neck and was dead.
The stupidest injuries I’ve ever seen was two of my other friends doing donuts trying to roost each other. Smashed together, both hit the dirt, no major injuries but bent up the front spindles on both quads.

haha hearing that truck toolbox story reminded me of a story from my youth: my cousin and i spent several hours building a "death sled" to pull behind my little 100 yamaha quad. it consisted of a piece of plywood to sit on, four lawnmower tires and a generous usage of baling wire. we started out slow, then i took a corner real fast with him in tow and he started flipping, ended up flipping clear across a gravel road and into the opposite ditch. it knocked him out for ten seconds or so. i was still laughing when he woke up. his mother was very strict and would have killed him herself if she knew what we were doing, so we did our best to patch him up.... she still noticed because the back of his t-shirt was ripped to shreds. i picked a lot of gravel out of his back. we retired the death sled after that.

Say the next line in your best Frank Sinatra voice:
Is it wrong.......for a man.........to give directions..........to his motel room...........and ask other men.........to stop on by...........and enjoy his vacation...with him? Are you one of those internet priests?
I'm only kiddin' dog!
Have fun on your vacation!

This is not my worst accident, but it was my worst injury to date. I was riding my DRZ in a field on my Dads land with a few friends on quads. There was a blind corner that I was going around and as I got close one of the quads came ripping around it. We hit head on. The quads took a huge chunk of skin out of my leg. he had a fractured bone in his face. I took some pics of the wound in different stages, one of the pics is in my pics page. I had to have skin graphs done to fix it. As far as the worst I have heard of, there are too many to even mention, scary stuff.
