I was wondering why you would go on vacation in Georgia when you live Alabama. That's be like living in Kentucky and vacationing in Hell, it's the same place.

You live in a dry county or do they stilll have a blue law about no liquor on Sundays? Can't question a man who's searchin' for a brew.

 

personal: went back in 2nd gear on my kx100 doing an out of control wheelie, about 10mph. broke the clutch lever(which hurt more), i got scratches and some rocks in my hands. always wear boots, gloves, helmets, maybe chest protectos, and goggles. i have goggles/helmet/gloves, and i want some boots.

a guy down the road was 19, probably 20 or 21 now, bought an 01' raptor, had it for 2 weeks, jumped it, rolled over him, broke his neck. he is now in a wheel chair for life and cant move anything but his eyes and mouth.

i have heard of a person on a snowmobile goin like 100mph thru a field, hit a fence and got decapitated.

 

Back in the mid 80s my nieghbor who was 15 at the time was riding his big red down a ditch along the road. He of course was wearing no helmet or protective clothing . He came up to a field access crossing and hit it at full speed sitting without even preparing for the little jump. It launched him and he hung on when the wheeler endoed forward, breaking both forearms ,wrists,and the rear rack smashed his face into the ground breaking his nose and jaw. He did make a full recovery . He was showing off for the nieghbors on his brand new machine that his daddy bought him and just learned how to drive it with zero safety training. The machine didnt even have a scratch on it and he never rode it again.

heres a good one that happened to me about 2 years ago

me and some friends were going down a highway about 2 in the morning w/ no helments (stupidist thing ive done maybe) jsut got done picking up a girl, she was on the back with me. my friend on his forman was in front of me, with no brake lights while going about 45 prolly slamms is breaks on and try to make a sharp right turn... well i was in the back tryin to catch up. i was goin around a turn so i couldnt see him. i slammed into the back of the forman goin around 60.... i flew through the air prolly about a good 40 feet atleast, the girl prolly about 15 feet, she landed in a field, while i landed on the asphalt... thank god i had a hat and coveralls on because when i touched the road my head was the first thing that hit, it ripped off all of the beal on the hat and ripped my coveralls to wear i had a bad case of road rash on my shoulder, and arms. i ended up having about a 1/2 of the left side of my face covered in road rash.

my friend on the forman, when i hit him, my 400ex flew up over him, the rear tire knocked him in the head and his atv ended up on top of him.... another guy that was ahead of us on a 300ex stopped. as soon as i hit the pavment i was back up but i was totally wiggin out i didnt know what really had jsut happened i just saw my friend with a atv on em and a girl lieing nex to the road i had the biggest concussion ever. after everyone got up and was kinda ok both my friends took the girl home on the forman it was still rideable .. it was wierd cuz i was there all alone in the middle of B.F.E for about 15 minuets but it felt like a couple hours, a couple cars past by and no one even stopped (dicks)lol after some friends got there i climbed up in a truck, take my hat off and blood was pooring out of my forehead but i didnt realize till someone saw it. some how a piece of glass cut my head about 3 in long and kinda deep.... needless to say it was messed up

so i guess wear your helments when you ride, you dont know whats gonna happen.... i was 16 when this happened and it made me think alot... it was prolly the most scared ive been all my life, not because iwas hurt but becasue i thought i had killed someone

The reason we are vacationing in GA is because there "aint" CHIT to do in Bama!

At least Ky has the Horse park and a bunch of state parks, I was on a job there for 2 years, I kinda liked it after living in a Time-Warp (backwards) in Alabama.

We always say "thank God for Mississippi and Arkansas" if it werent for them Alabama would be LAST in everything.

 

im sure kentucky is better than arizona.... we got everything here!!

my worst injury isnt really bad but my worst ithappened yesterday. i was on my freinds trailboss 350 and i wa in reverse going down a hill turned the wheels and it started flipping. i flew off and got a real bad headache. the quad just bent the grab bar and handlebars.

 

oh about 9 or 10 years ago my neighbor was riding on the back or a fourwheeler with his friend driving and they ran a stop sign. a car hit the side of the fourwheeler and sent my neighbor flying about 60 feet into a field and the guy that was driving flew only about 40 feet into the same field. my neighbor ended up dying but the guy that was driving made a full recovery. to my knowledge neither were wearing a helmet. sry i don't know many details but i was only like 3. thats the wrost that happened to someone other than me. the worst to me was: i was jumping and i suddenly lost traction in my back tires and i ended up landing on one tire. snap there goes my shock. i only got a head ache for a few hours and a some back pain. but my quad go the worst. man that sucks
