I never said they were good[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] I just said they hook up. I personally would put on something with a little less bite as soon as I got the bike. I think the fact that I am about 260 and really weigh down the rear end has something to do with the way the bike hooked up.

those stock tires are pretty darn good. they do hook up well. i put them on my Z250 and it was even hooking up pretty good in the snow.
