Is there any freeplay in the clutch lever? Should be about 3/4" freeplay at the end of the lever. If you have it adjusted correctly and it still isn't moving, can you smell the clutch burning?

Did you do anything to the bottom end? Like did you split the cases yourself or anything?

Well, it could be the clutch plates but I have never heard of the bike not moving at all! Do you have the springs tightened down all the way? Did you make sure the teeth on the clutch basket are all lined up? Like I said, I haven't ever heard of that happening and I have had quite a few R's all of which I have torn apart.

i checked the basket nothing. when i took the pressure plate off, it started turning, when i tried to losen the bolts that hold on the spring. could it be the oil i'm using thats making it slip? could you tell me what oil you use. i'm going over to burgard's cycle today so maybe he'll have a idea. anymore help is apriciate. oh yeah, it does move a little. maybe 1 mph in any gear.

My cousin had the same thing happen to him on his KTM 350 dirt bike and his LT250R quad racer. The KTM needed thinner oil! He has to use auto tranny fluid in it. On the LT it is his springs. I think you might want shorter ones.... not sure on that one though.
