Default trx450 problem at high engine rpm

Hi, i have a probelm with my 07trx450er that i cant figure out. i went riding one day last week and the quad was performing very well, never had any problems with it. i came home washed it pretty good and parked it in the garage for the week. i went to go ride it again the next weekend and it starts and idles fine and sounds good at idle. when i rev up the engine it bogs down and somtimes will die out. i checked the fuel flow from the tank was good, replaced the plug with original equipment from honda and the air filter, still no luck. i took the carb off and everything looked very clean in it and it seemed to be working properly but i never really took a 4 stroke carb apart. does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me??? Thanks

make sure the vent hose from the fuel tank is not pinched somewhere.

did you accidentally spray water in the exhaust? My friend did that to his blaster and it did the same as yours. My little brother got a bit in my banshee's pipe once and I let it idle and it burned it out. Luckily the banshee has the weirdest stock pipes I've ever seen and that probably actually saved me a rebuild. Just let your machine idle for 10 minutes and see if anything changes.

It will die out like that when it is not warmed up yet. If it does it when it is warmed up They have a rev limiter if you are reving it up it will bog down and die out. Since you already changed the plug and air filter only other thing i could think of is maybe you got water in your gas but I am really thinking you are just hitting the rev limiter. Does it do it when you are hard on the gas riding it normally as in you shift it at the correct times? If so i would have to say it is definitly the rev limiter
