Default CR125 Clutch problems...

Hello all...

Here's a stumper...

My buddy has a 1996 CR125, The problem is the clutch... grabs great... goes when told... but the clutch never seems to disengage... it's always grabbing... I've checked the adjustment... seems right... am i missing something??? could it be the cable??? how do i check??? What other things can i check??? what would be the cause??? and other then the perch... is there a way to adjust it???

Thanks..

May be its not just the cable it may be the whole clutch accessories to be checked.

Yea I had the clutch plates get stuck together on a yz80 once after sitting for 6 or 8 months. They were just fine before that.

MAybe it's just me.. i can't see the plates being stuck togehter... If at a stop you can rev the engine a little and it doesn't take off or stall... but at a idle you can feel it try to pull or the engine stalls...

Mine were stuck together, to where the bike died when you stopped.
