Hydrolic clutch

Do they make a Hydrolic clutch for the 350 X. If they do are they much better then the normal spring clutch.

Not sure, try checking out DennisKirk.com.

I also think you might be confused about how it works. Nothing on the inside of the motor is replaced. The clutch springs are still there. The hydraulic system simply replaces the clutch cable with a hydraulic system similiar to your front brakes, only it actuates the clutch arm on the motor.

Billetanium.com might also have one.
