I am ging to out on an ez pull cutch on a 400ex! What are those 2 green wires That go to the clutch???

 

They go to a switch that only lets the bike start when the clutch is pulled in. Just cut them off and connect them together. Just be aware that your bike will try to start at all times now.

 

Can i just cap them off and only have it start in nuetral???

 

Yes, you can cap them off but you will after a few rides then uncap them and put then together. With them together all that you have to do is pull in the clutch and push the starter. with them caped you have you find nuteral all the time before you start.
