here's what i did :

call around and find some used, food quality plastic barrels. Drill a 3/4 " hole in the side, near the bottom and put in a regular home faucet (about $5). screw on a garden hose cut to length and you have a great water system. if you like, you can even put a valve in the top of the barrel and pump air pressure into it to force the water out. but for most uses, i find that gravity flow works fine.
