I use to have only the black spring in the driven. good for belt life and take off but I had lost the upper mid and some top end.
now with this magic spring I have crazy take off and super mid and top end also instal the progressive supension front spring
I should have done this a long time ago it not the same machine anymore whitout fogeting the new ground clearence.
I was surprise with the confort that they procur even if they are way stiffer !

Put the stock spring back in the primary and do some timed test runs. Then put the new spring back in and repeat. We do 300 feet and 1/2 mile for top end. 1/4 mile would work too. Also, consider 2WD and 4WD runs if on loose ground.

Do as many test runs as it takes to get consistent numbers and then calculate the average.

Let us know what you get.

well I guess you all know the black spring for the secondary pulley. and the other black spring comme from polaris
the effects where an higher engament (no rpm yet) and it brought the rpm down just where it needed it to be !
as if I put heavier weights ! whitout adding rotary mass. I should be instalint an exaust system soon ( but still hesitating supertrap, fmf or pro circuit... supertrapp is 300$ cheaper but i want as much performance as posible !

75 pounds at 1.25" sounds awfully low. But maybe it's some sort of magic bullet that nobody tried before.

03twinbullet could you tell me if that black spring is a polaris spring or if it is an aftermarket polaris spring. If it is aftermarket wher did you get it.
