I am looking for a "How-To", to adjust the belt on my 03 KVF360 4x4. I have NYROC's how to, but there are a few things in it that are 650 specific. My belt is currently chirping on start and stop, so I think I need to adjust or replace the belt immedietly.

Also, are there any good places in Canada to order a belt and/or repair manual? (at good prices).

the 360 & 650 belt adjustment is the same, just follow Nyroc's instructions, or get a manual.. You of course need a Nyrco or kawi spring compressor & a good set of Circlip tool. Also you might need a impact wrench to get that bolt off the driven clutch.
