belt deflection on 300p

belt deflection on 300p
hi all, new guy here, just got a question about belt deflection. i called the local dealer and was told that the belt deflection should be between 25 and 30mm. he told me he would call back to tell me how to measure it , but have yet to here from them.. can anybody tell me how to measure the deflection? thanks
