It might be cheaper and better to convert it to a current KX250 or better yet KX500 motor. The only problem is the vibration.

If you want wider A-arms, try a local race car fabricator. They can probably make you a set based on your old ones. Or, copy a set of your Roll Design's. It would be less expensive that a whole chassis.
