Depending on how it was maintained, and what the original owner has done to it accessory and modification wise, I'd say the range for '02 and '03's would be anywhere from 4500 to 6k or so. 6k may be a tad high, but you wont find one for much less I'm betting, especially if it's in real good looking shape.

It feels like I've become an expert on this because of all the shopping I'm doing for them. In my area, one in decent condition goes for around $4500-$5000. However, I have seen them go for much less in other places around $4200. It just depends. A lot of people want to buy a machine with less than 1000 miles or so, but I'm not afraid of mileage if the quad looks and runs good.

I just sold my 02' 650 for $4300 but I feel like I gave it away. 102 hours, all stock. My father sold his bike, same model for $4900. Just depends on locations I guess.

Yes, but that's something you've got to sit back and take into consideration. Almost all the people who buy these bikes have ridden them somewhat hard. How do you have all that power available and be conservative with it?

RedGoblin--- I would have to disagree. I have seen alot of these Prairies used by hunters, and as a wife/girlfriend bike. Seen a LOT of 40 and 50 something riders, that generally are pretty sedate riders, and maintain their bikes to the book. Just my opinion here.

I'm with trx450, Yes some 650's are in better than showroom shape. It's all up to the owner for the condition of the bike not the bike. Maintance and taking care of your ATV is the key for resale.
