Looks like I'll be on my third 4x4 acuator and second engine brake acuator. Thankfully I have the extended warranty. Kawi does have to do something about these. I head a rumor about kawi recalling some belts, anyone know about this? and is it the same belt I have. PINKMOON I'm going to update my pictures to show your honda in action. LOL stuck again LOL

 

hay guys, when your guys acuator went bad, what did the light do. Because my 4wd light flashed a couple of times know but after i turn it off, it stoped. so i have a problem or not. Also, is there a simple way to check if it is not working because it doesnt seem to have any ill effects when riding and the kaps is working going down hills and such. ive never had the 4 wheller abouve the foot pegs in water. is it a prob or just doing that. thanks

The first time my 4 wheel drive acuator went my 4x4 light flashed at a 0.5 second interval. Now I have a flashing 4x4 light with a 2 second interval indicating a malfunction of both acuators. The only thing I noticed about my 4 wheel dive is that it took longer to ingage and the only thing I really noticed about my engine brake was that the acuator is making louder noise then usual, but it seems to still be working the same. When I turn my bike off and back on again the light stops flashing for awhile but does eventually come again. How many second intervals is your light flashing? I'm guessing that your 4 wheel drive acuator is acting up and from what I've been reading on the forum it's a common problem.

enjoyed your pics---looks like you guys run through the same type of stuff (mud) we have here in Pennsylvania----I am in the process now of deciding what new treads to put on the 360----and I noticed mmonkey is still sporting the same dunflops that i have---bet you would've pulled that honda out with some good treads!!

 

yeah, I need some new tires for sure, it'll help me pull that honda out of the mud a little easier. I was thinking about gettting some mudlights but they don't seem to help out pinkmoon any... LOL just kidding pinkmoon. I'm just waiting to wear the dunlops down a little before I buy some new ones. Any idea of what kind to get? Hey OLEMANMOSES how is that black spring treatin ya? I was thinking about getting one but I'm not sure if I should just get the the secondary spring or get the whole clutch kit with the weights and springs. I'll lose a little top speed but oh well the 360 isn't a speed machine anyway.

 

Hi again. Do a search for Kawidan on these forums and go to his photo page to see his mudlites......he has had some problems with his........SO far mine are good....maybe the larger treads ( 26 " and above ) are the ones with the problem. ?

 

Yes MUDMONKEY72 new tiers would help you a lot.....I have added todays photos to my page ...but it looks like you are not the one DOING the towing. :^)
