KOD,
Stick around if that little tid bit gets you excited I can just imagine what a real tip will do. Mind you the modds you are doing to your machine now I made 2 years ago. I will have to check back with your site in another 2 years to see how far you will have advanced?

Weekend Warrior
Hey guys - I thought I'd give some 360 owners a little info on the Dayco HP. I bought one a week ago, popped the cover and put it on. Did not measure deflection, because I went thru all this about 2 weeks after I bought it. (Black spring, deflection). This was a bad idea, but I was in a hurry. I can tell you that I lost about 5mph on top end. It may be because the belt was slipping due to inaccurate deflection, or the belt may need some 'seat in" time. If it is slipping, it doesn't make any noises like the old belt did. I'm going to pull it apart this weekend. to look at the clutch, lube it, and reset the deflection for the new belt. I'll let you all know how the belt works out for me. It may not have been a bad idea to run the belt as I did, just to kind of break it in. So that now when I set the deflection, it shouldn't change.

Im just messing with you Gary. Turning the belt inside out was a good idea though.
As far as my mods go I dont have the time or money to do a lot of playing around like you have. My mods are pretty basic I do from time to time when I get bored with the P650. Im currently looking into bigger pistons and cams port and flow work.
Funny thing, I have always wondered why you never posted pictures of your creations? I mean, you have done all this work to the P650 but never any pictures of it. I will never understand that. Im not doubting your work, just that seems like you would be wanting to show it to people thats all.

Next time I need a new belt Im going to try one of these for sure. I may not end up using it but I will satisfy my curiosity.
