Default Prarie 700 Belt

Okay i searched but still undecided..

I am looking for a replacement belt for my p700.
I ride hard pull stuff around the yard. And do alot of riding in creeks and deep mud. I have a black secondary spring to install and a pro-circuit t-4 full exhaust and k&n and napa hose i will be installling along with a new belt.

I have heard alot of about dayco belts i have been searching and still don't know what is best for my application.

Should i go with a stock replacement or get a dayco?
Which dayco should i go with if i do?

hp2017 is for the 700p. hp2018 is for the 650p. hp2019 is for the 360p

First off, go with the 700 belt, its the best of the group. Dont downgrade to an inferior belt.

Many people have expressed their delight with the performance of the dayco belts. That said, the stock 700 belt works great as well. I really cant say that one is that much better than the other. I havent seen sufficient evidence that says so. So just get what you want, and see what happens.

Dayco belt is cheaper and works great, nyroc's site has a address for a dayco belt for a reasonable price.

I was seriously looking into purchasing the dayco too but it a real toss up between good posts and bad. Some say they work great others say the fall apart after little use, and some can't get the spec deflection. I know therock is currently testing the dayco 2018 and he seems quit happy with it, do a search on "belt" and you will get a plethura of information about both OEM and dayco. In the end I couldn't get the dayco here in Canada, they are back ordered from the manufacuter in the US. I went with the OEM p700 belt, but I may still try the dayco just to see for myself.
