I have the Holeshot ATRs on C series rims, the Dynatek CDI box installed and the Dalton clutch kit on the way. I'm looking for the next mod that will give me more more more! should a pipe be next and if so what kind?

Just ride the beast!
Any Mods you do will kill your pocket book when it comes to warranty work! My drive clutch wore out on my '02 650P at 3600 miles, the warranty was going to cover until they found Black Spring in the driven clutch. But Kawie did replace my main body plastic from premature cracking under warranty. With pipe mods and rejeting its a touch and go thing with your dealer. But if you have endless money, go for it!

Are you saying that changing a spring caused the damage to your bike?
I have an agreement with my dealer that he won't tell Kawi about my mods, and I bought a 2 year extended warranty. I split my 4 wheeling time between the Brute, a Samurai and a Chevy truck so I don't put all that many miles on the ATVs. the last two had less than 500 miles when we parted.
