Don't know much about the Yammies/clutch ssetup, But, a belt is a belt. Pull off your cover and see if there are glaze marks on the sides of your belt and measure the width an deflection to see if the belt is beyond limits and or just need tightening.

Good Luck

Kawa, when you check your belt if it is glazed really bad, you should replace your belt. That is a sign of your belt being beyond its useable limits.

Kawi
No Idea on price, an OEM Prairie belt goes for about $70, A Dayco belt for about $35-40. Best bet is to get you a shop manual for the Yammie so you can perform routine maintenance, and call your Yammie dealer parts section, get the Part number for that model and contact ronayers.com for a better price.

Happy trails,
