How long did it take for your idle adjuster to fall out? I just noticed yesterday that the one on my KVF had fallen out as well.

time to ask a dumb question, this is the first time i have a seen a quad belt system exposed, and noticed something different, my buddy has a 87 artic 650 snowmobile, and both of his pulleys???? move. one tightens up as the other opens up. it seems on this quad only 1 pulley changes gear ratio?

Same thing here, Bill. The Primary (front) closes while the Secondary (rear) opens to change the ratio.

I put my pink in tonight. So now black/pink. The downshift from about 12-14 is more aggressive, the disengagment is about 3mph. I also pulled the KEBC fork, I like the feeling of that gone.

I had a spacer behind my primary oem spring, so I left that in. I read in the manual the late A2 B2s had 1 spacer stock and 2 for high altitude. What have others done?

It's for engine braking on the utes. The KFX 700 doesn't have that.
