Default Kawasaki Brute Force Snorkles??

Getting ready to do a custom snorkel kit on my '06 BF750 soon as I've enough time, Bruteforcebob, on this forum, gave me some real good advice on what was needed to get 'er done, let me see where I saved it...

"ABS Pipe

3 pieces cut 7.5" sections of 1.5"

1 piece 6 3/4" of 2"

1 piece 7" of 2"

1 piece 8" of 1.5"

1 piece 12.5" of 1.5"

Fittings

2"x3" rubber coupling

2"x2" flexible elbow 90 degree (rubber)

2" 90 degree elbow abs (1) ea.

2" 90 degree street elbow abs (2) ea.

2" 45 degree street elbow abs (1) ea.

2" female adapter abs (1) ea

2" male adapter abs (1) ea

1.5" 45 degree street elbow (3)ea

1.5" 45 degree elbow (2) ea

1.5" 90 degree elbow (3) ea

1.5" 90 degree street elbow (3) ea

1.5" female adapter (2) ea

1.5" male adapter (2) ea

All the fittings are abs except for the 2 rubber fittings.
By the way while your doing your rubber fittings make shure not to use any grease. its a super tight fit, but it WILL go on. if you use grease they will have a tendency to slip off when they have pressure on them from water."

I haven't tried this yet but I'm sure it'll work, Bob's a great source of info for the Brute, this should run about $50.00 from Home Depot instead of $300 for an aftermarket, let me know how it work's if you've a chance to try before I do ~ Smoke 'em if ya got 'em

Copperhead CDI Gen2 by Velocity Devices Inc. is an awesome product, pulls hard down low and all the way to top end, very flexible with ability to adapt to other machines with harness switch, also be able to upgrade to future EFI versions (hearing late '07 early '08 from my Kawi dealer). The contact for VDI, Kyle, is great to deal with. All that aside it's nice to sit back, puch it, pull up on two wheels and go for as long as you've got the nerve ~ Smoke 'em if ya got'em
