maier makes green plastic for the T4 for 155.99 but no front

 

From what I've heard, Maier plastics are marginal quality at best. The finish doesn't match the factory plastic, and the fit is lousy. Of course, it IS the only plastic you can still buy new.

As far as pipes, I think LRD still makes a pipe for the Tecate-4, and IMO it would be a much better choice than the FMF.

 

last year there were 6 events, 2001 will have approx 12 events or so im told. the promoter is BEARBOTTOM SALVAGE [RACING] in capac so give lary a call to get your name put on his mailing list. As for myself as long as they dont interfear with nationals i will be at all of the fair races in 2001. Buy the way tell all your friends the fair crosses that they put on are totaly fun and even had a jump at the IMALY city rase that went down into a hole then you jumped out into a double it was great!!

 

Im curious what makes the LRD pipe better than the FMF most guys around here seem to run the FMF
probably because thats whats available locally. Is the build quality better on the LRD or is it a better pipe power wise? Just curious

The LRD pipes I've seen are much better made than FMF, and the LRD's for most quads have an adjustable expansion chamber, so it can be tuned to your particular motor mods and style of riding.

 

Thanks For the advice called LRD couple days ago they arent going to have my pipe for 2 weeks ah well guess im going to wait gives me a chance to
give the quad the once over before i give it its intial ride.
