Default anyone can help me tune jet ne ohio nw pa area?

my 650i is frustrating the hell out of me. i cant get it right after trying numerous things the old fashioned way. i dont have the equipment or experience to get it right myself i guess. i have an 06 bf 650i with a muzzy pipe, dial a jet, dalton clutch springs and a dynatek cdi. i also have a highlifter module. my atv studdered at mid throttle, but after i installed the cdsi it runs like crap. i threw a fit with dynatek after i thought they sold me the wring one and got another with the same results. dyna says its way too lean, dial a jet says its not lean enough. but when i pull out the quiet core it runs great but my front header gets bright orange. too close to stoich right? my dial a jets are set full rich and my plugs are black though so what the hell?
anyone have or know of a place around here i could take it to help me out with dialing it in? i called a few places around here but no one knows much about the kawi v-twins.

Your twin carbs have 2 different needle jets. Take out the front jet needle jet (leaner) and install a same one as one in the rear carb (richer).

i shimmed the needles .020 and even turned the mixture screws out from 2.25-3 turns. i didnt even look to see if they were the same number. the guys at brute central told me i shouldnt have to mess with the needles. only the main and pilot jets.

At what throttle opening, does your quad run bad? Does one plug look darker/lighter than the other? If you try to run with the choke "partially" open, any better or worse? How about trying to run with air box lid open, any better or worse? Those are some ways to tell whether too lean or rich...

both plugs look the same...black as pitch. the guys at kawiriders say step 1, take off the dial a jets and throw them in a dumpster and go from there. and not to use a dynajet kit either. problem is they know exactly what they are doing...i dont. i was told to get it to idle right. which it does after i shimmed the needles, then run at 1/4 throttle while riding. shut it off immediately and check plugs. get that right. go 1/2 throttle do the same all the way to a short wot run and shut it down immediately and check plugs and keep doing this until i get it right. ???
