Default Oil Leak, '04 Prairie 700

1st off, very nice site!

I haven't started my Prairie 700 since last August. I started it today, backed it out of the garage and there was oil on the floor.

Anybody know what's leaking and the cost to fix? I have it sold, but now need to fix.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Seal? Engine oil.

if it is coming from the belt side it could be an out put shaft seal as it was on my brute 750
