Ok so here's my though, I looked at the design of the upper arm bearing and ball socket bearing and don't see an advantage to why it's designed like that, it's basically more moving parts to fail that are not really needed.
I am going to take a piece of 4340 round stock the entire length of the control arm less the seals and bore a hole for the bolt. A bushing of that length with a 2-3 thousands tolerance should never where out. Drill a hole on the center of the control arm to put a zerk in and grease regularly.
Am I missing some thing in the design here, I don't understand why they put the ball socket in there - I don't think it's needed.
