I's suspect the main jet (high speed) may be partially plugged. Remove it and blow out with compressed air. Unless you are sure it's the wrong size. For new jets, you might like <jetsRus.com>

Welcome to the forums.

Is it the stock jet, or has someone possibly changed it out?

I agree with making sure it's not just plugged first. If you have a small enough wire, use it to help clean the seat of the jet. More than a few times I've talked with people who sprayed their carbs with cleaner and that was it. Still ran bad. They went back and made sure the seat was clean and it solved the problem.

If that's not it, the good news it jets are pretty cheap.

Agreed with above post^^^^

I had this same issue with my 350 wolverine after installing a carb rebuild kit. Everything looked clean when i took it back apart. I noticed that the needle would not move freely (was sticking) in the seat when i tipped the carb and let the float hang down. I fixed this by dipping a small amount of metal polish on a Q-tip, stuck the Q-tip in a cordless drill and polished the seat. When i was done a sprayed it out with carb cleaner and put it back together. Solved my issue.
